Welcome to MSITI, a community app for Albanians around the world. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and MSITI ("MSITI", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MSITI.
MSITI is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding agreement with us.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate others, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support.msiti@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
MSITI lets you post photos and Stories and share moments with the community. You retain ownership of the content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting, you confirm that you own the content or have the right to share it, and you grant MSITI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for content already shared with others or retained as required by law.
When you post a Story, the location attached to it is shared publicly on the map and is visible to other users until the Story expires (about 24 hours). Do not post Stories from locations you wish to keep private.
You agree not to use MSITI to post, share, or send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, or to engage in spam, abuse, or harmful behavior toward others. MSITI has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
You can report a Story or block another user at any time from within the app. We review reports of objectionable content and will remove offending content and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms, without prior notice. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Blocking a user prevents them from contacting you or appearing to you in the app.
MSITI is free to download and use. MSITI Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features such as unlimited Stories, unlimited messages, and an ad-free experience.
MSITI, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission. Aside from your own content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
MSITI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content posted by other users is accurate, appropriate, or lawful. You use MSITI at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSITI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app or from content posted by other users.
You may stop using MSITI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are between you and MSITI only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of MSITI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise.
